I wish R.I.P meant Return If Possible instead of Rest In Peace. Though this wish won’t ever be granted or fulfilled. This is life and it’s the game and cycle of our life. Word Count- 55. "Breast cancer", said the doctor leaving the newly wed couples into tears. "Last stage..", the Doctor continued and added, "only chemotherapy can keep her alive for the coming few days, there's not much time left with her.." They left the chamber holding each others hand. They walked down the street, and silence prevailed all around.  On reaching home, she went inside her room and lied on the bed. She was in tears again. He said, "Don't cry, I love you." And he hugged her. Who knew this was coming their way? They had just started living their life, a life filled with love. After the first session she said, "This is painful. Let me die." He replied, "I'll do everything possible to keep you with me, don't leav...

It was their first anniversary and both; Kavya & Arohan were excited. Arohan decided to make the day a special one and relive their old days as lovers. He took her to all the places where they had their happy moments and spent a little special time with her. He hugged her and kissed her like there was no tomorrow for them. Somewhere deep inside he cried. Kavya was a patient of bone cancer and was in her last stage. She was living the last few days of her life. It was hurting for Arohan to even think of her going away. He kissed her again and tears showed up from his eyes. Kavya wiped them off and said, “Even if I won’t be there with you physically, I’ll always be there as a soul. I won’t leave you and go away. Don’t cry honey.” These were just words, the fact won’t change that she was going to die soon. Arohan lived the last few hours of happiness with her, the one he loved more than anything.
