CHILDHOOD.

Image
Image source-  The Wallpaper Database. Adulthood is not what I thought, I miss my childhood now. That childhood of mine, is now gone forever, As days pass by, I dive deep into those cute memories,  which are now hidden somewhere. Once upon a time, I was as lovely and fragile, as those white flurry rabbits, being embraced by my mother.  Now I’m a grown up, and my childhood is gone forever. Image source-  Deviant Art. ZINDAGI AND LIFE- SOME QUOTES BY ME.

Image
Life is a puzzle, a puzzle with infinite pieces, difficult to be solved. Penning pain in words and hiding it, hiding what we actually feel, covering our tears with a smile. Life. Mix a bit of love, care, kindness, sweetness, values.. An amazing recipe for a perfect life. Guzar jaati hai, palak ke jhapkate hi, yahi hai zindagi, anokhi aur pyaari. I don't wanna be.. a murderer.. but wait.. I kill my thoughts each day just to be happy. Life is this. To dream and fulfill, love and be loved, is all what life is about. andhera aayega toh roshni bhi layega, darr ke piche mat reh jana, ek hi baar milti hai ye zindagi. Life, A one-time gift to us, with no substitute. Live it to the fullest and enjoy, and love and dance. Don't spend your life just loving others, for you need to love yourself as well. life is a one-time gift. Khusiyon ke sath, laati hai dukh, ye hai zindagi, ek alag hi kahani. Life, L= Lets I= Include F= Fear

THAT DAY.

Image
Image source-  AgeFotoStock. On my walk towards home, passing the lake, talking to myself. The waves of thoughts in my mind,  full of dreams and wishes,  waiting to be fulfilled soon. The clouds then made their way, all dark and heavy. Naked on foot,  I ran now on the path, full of pebble rocks. This post is written for  A Prompt Each Day - Weekend Wordle #8  .

THAT INNOCENT STRANGER.

Image
Image Source-  Zainab. I saw a stranger in the park,  sitting alone in the dark;  he was just a small boy,  very innocent and simple. I went to the corner,  where he was sitting,  gathered some leaves,  and lit the fire for some light. He had a bamboo flute in his hand,  “Would you like if I play it for you?” Was what he asked. Mesmerizing was the tone,  and I was in love with it. Trusting myself,  I took out my pen and paper, and started writing the meet with this stranger, in simple and sober words. THOSE FRIENDS.

Image
Image source-  Favim. They cheated me and used me, They were the “so-called-friends”, I helped them, I was with them, Whenever they needed, I was there. Whenever I needed them,  they were not there. Unable to move on,  I gave up on myself. I decided to quit,  as my friends decided to cheat. A voice from the sky said,  “You’re a little princess, you’ve not seen life yet. Don’t give up so easily,  and if you do so,  you’ll be titled a coward. Fight for yourself,  and live the dream you’ve seen,  life is not over yet,  you’ll later get a bunch of real true friends.” It was then I realized,  I took life too seriously at the very beginning.  “Do not take life too seriously.  You will never get out of it alive.” Image source-  Favim. THE LOVE BIRDS.

Image
"Breast cancer", said the doctor leaving the newly wed couples into tears. "Last stage..", the Doctor continued and added, "only chemotherapy can keep her alive for the coming few days, there's not much time left with her.." They left the chamber holding each others hand. They walked down the street, and silence prevailed all around.  On reaching home, she went inside her room and lied on the bed. She was in tears again. He said, "Don't cry, I love you." And he hugged her. Who knew this was coming their way? They had just started living their life, a life filled with love. They were bound to take a very tough decision and finally they decided to go for the chemotherapy. Image Source-  Favim. Her chemotherapy started and she was in pain, badly. This was now killing her. After the first session she said, "This is painful. Let me die." He replied, "I'll do everything possible to keep you with me, don't leav

HIS HAPPINESS.

Image
Image Source-  Favim. Late in the evening, He sat on the terrace, Watching those birds flying home, He decided to move on. Life was not going to stop for him, And he had to be strong enough, Strong enough to let go, And let things move on smoothly. Happiness was on the way,  It was just that he had to let go, Let go of the thing and memories, Making him sad and leaving him broken. He then finally let go, Happiness then made place in his life, Smiling all the time, He was all fine and happy now. This post is written for  A Prompt Each Day- Set The Challenge Sunday #7

HAPPINESS FOR YOU IS ALL I EVER WANTED.

Image
“Ishaan, come here!” said my mother. I was on a leave from the office so I was in my room and hearing my mother calling, I went down and then I saw a girl sitting there with her parents. She was beautiful and the only thing I could think of was, “Are my parents planning to get me married now?”  As soon as I came and stood near my parents, she passed a smile to me and I did the same. Her smile was sweet and she was beautiful. “This is Ruhali and they are her parents.” said my father.  “Namaste Uncle and aunty,” I said to Mr. and Mrs. Srisvastav. “Namaste beta” they replied and I smiled. My father then said me to take Ruhali out and have a chat with her. Now it was clear to me that I’m getting married very soon and this starts here. I took her to the nearby CCD and we both ordered a coffee for ourselves.  “Hey, what do you do?” I asked her. She replied, “I just completed my Masters in English and now I’m working as an English lecturer. What about you?” “I work with TCS as a da

Cricket is not the national game of India but no one in our country can live without watching cricket matches. In India, Cricket is treated as a religion and the cricketers are our god. We can do anything to watch a match of cricket, be it fighting or be it missing something else for the match. Be it taking a day off from work, be it cancelling a family get together or even a date; we can do everything just to watch that one match of cricket as we would not like missing it for any of the stupid reasons. People are seen playing cricket in the streets and in the ground, it becomes a passion for them. Watching matches helps them improve their skills and serves as a way of entertainment to us as well. This game is not the national game of India as I mentioned above but it seems like it is. There are cricket fans all over India and all over the world. Every house contains of a single cricket fan for sure and sometimes the whole family comes out to be a cricket fan, interesting, isn’t it? T
